President
929 Construction Services LLC is led by President James Statini, a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in the construction field. Before founding the company, Mr. Statini dedicated his career to serving the Westchester County Department of Public Works, where he gained extensive expertise in construction methods and project execution. After retiring in 2019, he brought his wealth of knowledge and leadership to establish 929 Construction Services LLC, setting the foundation for its continued success.
Steve Johnson
Senior Inspector/Project Manager
Steve Johnson is an integral part of 929 Construction Services, LLC. With nearly 50 years of experience in construction, Steve brings unmatched expertise and a wealth of knowledge in water systems, sewer main installations, drainage, and paving projects. His distinguished career includes serving as Superintendent of Public Works for the Village of Pleasantville and Superintendent of the Village of Scarsdale Water Department. As Senior Inspector and Project Manager, Steve plays a pivotal role in overseeing projects and ensuring they are executed with precision and excellence.

Ed Torhan
Inspector/Project Manager
Ed Torhan adds tremendous value to 929 Construction Services LLC through his extensive construction expertise. With over 30 years of experience in road construction, water treatment facilities, and water and sewer line projects, Ed’s background includes serving in The County of Westchester and as Superintendent of Public Works for the Village of Briarcliff Manor. As Inspector and Project Manager, Ed combines his leadership skills and profound knowledge to ensure the success of diverse municipal infrastructure projects.

David Turiano, P.E., is a key member of the 929 Construction Services, LLC team. As the former Village Engineer for the Village of Briarcliff Manor, Dave has demonstrated exceptional expertise in working with municipalities to prioritize their capital projects. His experience includes reviewing consultants to find the best fit for specific projects, meticulously analyzing plans and specifications, and assessing contractors for proposed work. Dave’s strategic approach and technical proficiency ensure that projects are optimized for success and efficiency.

Chris Robeson brings a wealth of expertise to 929 Construction Services, LLC, with a distinguished career that includes serving as Deputy Commissioner of Public Works for the City of White Plains and Chief Construction Inspector. Chris has overseen some of the most complex and expensive construction projects for the City of White Plains, demonstrating his exceptional leadership and in-depth understanding of infrastructure development. With vast knowledge spanning road construction, drainage systems, water and sewer line projects, Chris is an invaluable asset in managing and delivering high-quality results for municipal projects.
